Born in Dublin and educated in London, Director of CTLDanny Mirvis worked as the Youth Director of Finchley United Synagogue, prior to joining the Hesder Program at Yeshivat Har Etzion, during which he served in the IDF Rabbinate's Torah Ethics for Warfare unit. He has taught at Leadership Training Seminars in South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Israel on behalf of World Bnei Akiva and the Jewish Agency's Hagshama department.

Following three years as Madrich of MTA, he assumed his current position as Racaz of the Overseas Program at Yeshivat Har Etzion and has been working for CTL since August 2010.
